Matthew was super responsive and described his home very accurately. The home was extremely clean and cozy at the same time. My family had a wonderful time cooking meals in the state of the art kitchen! I would highly recommend staying at Matthew’s place!

The location of the property was excellent, the home is well maintained and clean. communication with the host made our trip worry free and enjoyable. Suggest hand held sprayer in the shower for shorter guests.

Very comfortable and near the Goodyear Ballpark. I wished that there had been grab bars in the tub shower. Also missed having a towel rod in that bathroom as well. Those very minor things.

Mathew and Franky were wonderful hosting and responded promptly to any questions we had. Amenities were very basic but enough for our use. A few minor maintenance items need addressing but didn't have any affect on our stay. Yes, I would recommend and stay here again!

Great place to stay at with many restaurants and things to do around the area. The house was clean and matched with the photos on the listing. Mathew was responsive and professional, very helpful with the check in and out process. Overall great experience.
