House Rules • No pets allowed. Please do not bring any animals onto the property. • Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property—indoors or outdoors. Please step off the property if you wish to smoke. • Parties and events are not allowed. We warmly welcome family time and small gatherings within the approved guest limit. • Children and infants (under 2 years old) are welcome. • Quiet hours are from 22:00 (10:00 PM) to 06:00 (6:00 AM). Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours to respect neighbors and other guests. • Please treat our home with the same care and respect you would expect in your own. • Guests are responsible for any damage, theft, excessive cleaning, smoking violations, unauthorized pets, or exceeding occupancy limits. Additional charges may apply if any of these occur. • Please report any damages or issues immediately so we can address them promptly. • No refunds or relocations for dissatisfaction or malfunctioning appliances. We will make timely repairs wherever possible, and recommend trip insurance for unforeseen changes. Check-Out Instructions: • Please wash any used dishes or start the dishwasher before leaving. • Take out all trash and place it in the outdoor bins, if provided. • Leave used towels in the bathroom; you do not need to strip the beds. • Ensure all lights, fans, and electronics are turned off, and check that doors and windows are securely closed and locked before you depart. ⏱️ Check-In: 3:00 PM | Check-Out: 10:00 AM 🔞 Primary guest must be 25 years old 🚭 Strictly no smoking inside the home 🐾 Strictly no pets allowed 🎉 Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted 🔇 Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM 🚫 No unauthorized guests 👟 No shoes inside the home, please 🌡️ Thermostat cannot be set below 68°F ⏰ Early check-in or late check-out must be approved in advance 🏊 Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using or near the pool 💸 $500 penalty per violation, plus potential charges for any damages We hope you have a wonderful stay!
