Our property is fully licensed. We kindly discourage any form of parties, but we warmly welcome family times and small gatherings strictly within our guest limit. Maximum Occupancy: 10. Additional guests require prior approval and incur a fee of $75 per guest per night. Damages & Missing Items: Guests are financially responsible for damage to the property. Charges will apply for: Damage, theft, excessive cleaning, smoking, unauthorized pets, and exceeding occupancy limits. Excessive damage that delays the next guest's check-in may result in additional charges. Guests must report any damages immediately. Refunds: No refunds or relocations for property dissatisfaction or malfunctioning appliances. We will attempt timely repairs unless both parties agree to alternative arrangements. No refunds for weather-related evacuations, personal matters, change of plans, natural disasters, etc. Trip insurance is recommended. Party Policy: If a guest is found to have hosted a party, we will shut it down immediately and evict the guest without a refund for the remaining nights or hours of their stay. Grill use: If a guest uses the grill without cleaning, a $150 charge will be applied to clean up. I hope that you will have an enjoyable stay in our home!

Parking and Garage information The entire space is yours to enjoy! You’ll find 2 free parking spots right in front of the garage for your convenience. Feel free to use these spaces to park your car during your stay! 🚗 Garage Access Guests have access to everything in the home excluding the left closet in the main area. That is reserved for our cleaners supplies. A front door code will be provided to you during your stay.
